Our normal office hours are 8am to 4:30pm, Mon-Fri.  Call 800-747-5652 to report a loss during these hours or to reach our 24-hour customer service center in the event of an emergency occurring during after hours or weekends.

Workers’ Compensation claims should be reported directly to your insurance carrier by telephone within 24 hours.  If you have questions or concerns about a potential Workers’ Compensation claim or one that has already been reported, contact our WC Claims Consultant Juli Jenkins direct at 515-237-0153 or 800-747-5652
