Compensation Disclosure

LaMair-Mulock-Condon, Co. (LMC) is compensated through commissions and/or fees for services provided in connection with placement of insurance products on your behalf. 

In addition to this we have standard industry agreements with some of our primary carriers.  Please see our website for a current list of these companies at www.lmcins.com.  Through these agreements we may earn additional compensation based on factors such as volume of business, growth, and profitability.  These agreements are based on LMC’s overall performance with the insurer and are not tied to individual accounts. 

We also periodically invest in stocks, bonds and other investment opportunities including agency owned or associate owned reinsurance companies and captives.  LMC recommends insurance carriers to our clients based on cost, coverage, service capability, and financial security – not based on existence of contingent compensation or other agreements.  It has always been our practice to leave the final selection of insurers to the discretion of our client.
