Each year since 1944, the third week of September has been recognized as National Farm Safety & Health Week. This has been an annual recognition initiated by the National Safety Council and has been proclaimed as such by each sitting U.S. President since Franklin D. Roosevelt signed the first document. It is now is now managed by the National Education Center for Agricultural Safety (NECAS).

We've put together the top 10 highlights of the 2018 Farm Bill from the House Agriculture Committee.
Proposals have been made to limit the amount of Federally-paid crop insurance premiums on a per farm basis. A $40,000 limit was proposed in the last farm bill and the 2016 Trump budget included this limit as well.
